Another cold morning, another Morning Links:   The Strad is back! That is, the 300-year-old Stradivarius violin stolen last week from Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra Concertmaster Frank Almond. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that the violin was “recovered on the East Side” and said to be in “good” condition. The Milwaukee Police Dept is expected to hold a news conference with more details. Just as the Winter Olympics in Sochi are about the begin, the US Department of Homeland Security is reporting fears that terrorists flying into the city may try to smuggle explosives in toothpaste tubes.     Sandwich king…
