Jay Nixon ordered the National Guard to Ferguson as the ongoing unrest in the St. Louis suburb again escalated on Sunday night.  In Milwaukee, a rally was held Sunday in solidarity with protesters in Ferguson.   • According to a new memo from the Legislative Fiscal Bureau, expanding Medicaid would have saved $206 million in the Wisconsin state budget from 2013-2015. 
  • Mo’ne Davis of Philadelphia’s Taney Dragons became the first girl to throw a shutout in the Little League World Series.
