Downer Ave.) is all coming together. After announcing last week that former Lake Park Bistro chef Zak Baker will head the Man’s kitchen, more staff news has entered the troposphere today. Heather Korte, a sommelier and former assistant manager of Mason Street Grill, has secured the GM position at Pizza Man. Now, all we need is a firm opening date…
