Movie star Nicole Kidman accompanied her husband, country crooner Keith Urban on the red carpet at the 45th Annual Country Music Association Awards in Nashville, Tennessee on Wednesday November 9th. The stupendous silver metallic, intricately beaded dress is hot off the runway of Jean Paul Gaultier’s Fall 2011/2012 Paris Couture Collection. Kidman stood out in a wonderful way from all the country queens in attendance, although many of them did step it up a notch. Personally, I like the steely gray tones with her strawberry blonde hair, and soft makeup. I think the little choker necklace keeps it country style, and is she wearing cowboy boots? The pointy toes are a little weird in all the wrong ways. At least they didn’t show in many of the photos! All in all though, she looks fabulous. The Gaultier gown, proves that the now elder statesman of Parisian Couture still has the fashion goods for glamorous gowns.
