Website eater.com turned its gaze on Milwaukee with its latest heatmap. The maps (for scores of cities) are lists of eating establishments “getting some serious buzz.” As for the 10 “newish restaurants and bars” that make up the Eater Milwaukee Heatmap, first up is Alterra Coffee Roasters’ Bay View location, which seems an odd inclusion alongside Wolf Peach, Palomino (which is back after a remodel and menu redo), and the new, nautical-themed restaurant Blue Jacket – identified as a “cocktail bar.” To see the other bars/restaurants on Eater’s MKE Heatmap, click here.
