After serving a bunch of preview dinners this past weekend, BelAir Tosa has been given the green light (6817 W. North Ave., 414-988-8533). Today’s lunch service made things official. BelAir — whose owners have another location (1935 N. Water St.), and operate the bar Finks, as well — serves Mexi-Cali tacos, burritos, nachos, salads, etc. Are you a boozer? They also do lots of Margaritas. Patio opening a bit later down the line. BelAir hours: weekdays 11 a.m.-close; weekends 8 a.m.-close. Happy hour: Mon-Fri 3-7 p.m.
