Present Music is hosting their Hootenanny Hall of Fame, which recaps the most recent season. The show pulls moments from 14 online shows Present Music has put on since last April. The group says that the pandemic “brought out the best (and weirdest) in us.” There will be music, dance, art, poetry, humor and community.

They have performed across the US but have a special connection to the midwest and their roots from the “heartland” of the country. Known for their first collection of songs in July of 2020. Who doesn’t love wildflowers? They are beautiful and monarch butterflies love them as well. If you want to see the fabulous flutters of the miraculous monarch then stop by and pick up some plants for $3 and up. You can also grab a “caterpillar care package” for our pre-metamorphosized friends.

Break out your easel and brushes, because the Farmhouse Paint Bar and Banquet Hall is going to take you step-by-step on how to paint a Frida Kahlo Skull. You will need: yellow, red, blue, white, black and brown paints. You will also need a medium round or flat paintbrush, a small round or flat paintbrush and a fine round brush.
