8 Beer Events Brewing This Week in Milwaukee: Nov. 19-21

The big beer events surrounding Black Friday are one week away. But there are a few happenings this week to tide you over.

Thursday, Nov. 19

Tyranena Brewing is bringing some rarities to The Brass Tap (7808 W. Layton Ave.) including Twenty One Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. Get there at 4 p.m.

Need a family photo for your Christmas cards? Dee Von Drasek Photography will be at Faklandia Brewing (3807 S. Packard Ave.) hosting mini photography sessions. For $200 you get a 20-minute time block and 10% off your bill at Faklandia. Book a spot before they fill up.

Friday, Nov. 20

1840 Brewing (342 E. Ward St.) collaborated with Vitamin Sea Brewing, and offers the results of that collab up for sale over the weekend. Sea Turtle Imperial Stout and Runners Up Triple IPA are available for preorder from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. Pickup is 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday and noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Hacienda Beer Co. (2018 E. North Ave.) is releasing cans for Motel Citroen Blonde Ale made with lime zest and lemon verbena. Preorder and then pick up at noon.

I jumped the gun on the anniversary celebration of Stock House Brewing (7208 W. North Ave.) and mentioned it last week. Well, it’s this week. And on Friday, the spot is releasing a whiskey barrel-aged honey saison to mark it’s birthday week.

Saturday, Nov. 21

Head to Eagle Park Brewing (S64 W15640 Commerce Center Pkwy, Muskego) for an hour of yoga at 9:30 a.m. and a beer to follow. Sign up ahead of time because space is limited.

Gathering Place Brewing (811 E. Vienna Ave.) is releasing Spezial Rustic Franconian Lager. Pickup starts at 2 p.m. but you can preorder now.

Young Blood Beer Co. stops by The Fermentorium (7481 State Rd. 60, Cedarburg) for a pop-up at noon. Preorder a few beers from the Madison brewery and pick them up in Cedarburg.
