Friday, Aug. 29
Try samples from Madison’s Young Blood Beer Co. at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) from 2 to 5 p.m.
Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) is pouring samples from Hinterland Brewing of Green Bay from 3 to 5 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 30
Black Husky Brewing (909 E. Locust St.) hosts Bourbon, Blues & BBQ, which starts at 2 p.m. There will be live music, 45th Parallel bourbon, and food from Junior’s Smoked Barbecue and Lush Gourmet Popcorn. Black Husky provides the beer, of course.
Torzala Brewing is pouring at the Bayside Beer Garden in Ellsworth Park (600 E. Ellsworth Ln.) from 3:30 to 9 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 31
The Explorium Brewpub (5300 S. 76th St., Greendale) hosts the fifth annual Burn Pit BBQ. The event is both a competition and fundraiser for Fisher House Wisconsin.
Ope! Brewing Co. (6751 W. National Ave., West Allis) hosts the Vinyl Record Show from noon to 4 p.m. Browse through hundreds of records while sipping on Ope! beer.
Grab your bike and pedal through Ozaukee County during the Craft Beer Ride. It starts at 10 a.m. at Inventors Brewpub (305 E. Washington St., Port Washington) and heads to The Fermentorium (7481 WI-60 Trunk, Cedarburg) and Sahale Ale Works (1505 Wisconsin Ave., Grafton) before returning to Inventors.

Friday, Sept. 5: There a still a few tickets available for the next Crops on Top/Amorphic Beer dinner. These events frequently sell out. A slew of Oktoberfest celebrations are also on the docket for the first weekend in September. Clear your calendar.
Saturday, Sept. 6: Layman Brewing (6001 W. Madison St.) is hosting a Beer Garden Bash to celebrate its fifth anniversary from 2 to 8 p.m. Also, the annual Ervtoberfest is happening at Erv’s Mug (130 W. Ryan Rd.) from 5 to 9 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 19: Raised Grain Brewing kicks off a two-day 10th anniversary celebration that includes some amazing beer releases.
Thursday, Sept. 25: The Yelp Beer Hunt comes to the Brewhouse Inn and Suites (1215 N. 10th St.). The evening includes a scavenger hunt involving several local breweries and a party at OnTap Bar and Restaurant. The event is free but an RSVP is required.
