Eagle Park Brewing has a big weekend planned. The brewery has three barrel-aged brews slated for public release on Saturday (the members only release happens on Friday). Stave: Batch 1 Imperial Stout is blend of four barrel-aged stouts that I’m guessing will be outstanding. Tiki Dave’s: Zombie is a fruited sour ale aged in rum and bourbon barrels with fruit and spices, and Snickerdoodle Imperial Stout was aged in bourbon barrels for 17 months and conditioned with cinnamon. There are no preorders, but you can pick some up from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Muskego taproom (S64 W15640 Commerce Center Pkwy.) and (823 E. Hamilton St.) from 3 to 10 p.m.
MobCraft hosts another fantastic Zoom pairing at 7 p.m. This time it’s four beers paired with four different flavors of pelmeni Russian dumplings from Madison’s Rotunda Cafe. Get your order in by noon on Wednesday. Pickup starts at 1 p.m. on Saturday at MobCraft (505 S. 5th St.).
Celebrate your own Third Space Brewing Ice Bear Fest over the weekend. Snag an event package during the week and host your own apres ski party with Third Space Ice Bear Baltic Porter as the guest of honor. Oh, and there’s also an ’80s ski costume contest. Check out the details.
