Happy holidays, brewers and beer drinkers! It’s a slow week, but there are still a few events to keep you busy.

Thursday, Dec. 22

Try samples from Neenah’s Barrel 41 Brewing Company at Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from 4 to 6 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 23

Need a last minute gift and a beer? Or just a beer? Head to Indeed Brewing Company (530 S. 2nd St.) for the Milwaukee Maker’s Holiday Market. From noon to 5 p.m. you can browse gifts from local vendors.

1840 Brewing Company (342 E. Ward St.) is releasing one of its best, The Cashmere Sweater Double IPA, just in time for Christmas. Preorder begins at 9 a.m.

Saturday, Dec. 24

Urban Harvest Brewing (1024 S. 5th St.) is open from 1 to 4:30 p.m. and they’re pouring Alice, Who the Helles Alice.

Hacienda Beer Co. (2018 E. North Ave.) is releasing A Means to And End, an imperial stout made with cacao nibs, chili peppers, Mexican vanilla beans, cinnamon and nutmeg. Very festive.
