Raised Grain Brewing Co. (1725 Dolphin Dr., Waukesha) is buying a beer for veterans and active duty military. All who qualify get a free pint on Veterans Day.
Wednesday, Nov. 12
Tess (2499 N. Bartlett Ave.) has another outstanding beer dinner planned. This time they’re pairing five courses with five beers from Madison’s Giant Jones Brewing. Call 414-964-8377 to make a reservation.
Eagle Park Brewing (S64 W15640 Commerce Center Pkwy., Muskego) gets crafty with a Holiday Wreath Workshop. From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $65 and include a beverage.
Sampling isn’t just for bottle shops; bar & grill Magellan’s on Main (370 W. Main St., Waukesha) is offering samples of four Lakefront Brewery beers from 5 to 7 p.m.
A Beerfriends WI Movember event is taking place at The Brass Tap (7808 W. Layton St., Greenfield) from 5 to 7 p.m. A full slate of brewery reps will be there, and they’ll be holding a raffle.
The Milwaukee Beer Society takes a field trip to Indeed Brewing (530 S. Second St.) at 6 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 13
A Library Society and Whiskey Club Mash-Up is happening at The Explorium Brewpub Third Ward (143 W. St. Paul Ave.). Sample barrel-aged vintages of Explorium’s Milwaukee County Stouts alongside the whiskeys whose barrels they were aged in. The tasting starts at 7 p.m. and costs just $20.
City Fountain, located in the Third Street Market Hall (275 W. Wisconsin Ave.), is hosting reps from 3 Sheeps Brewing, Young Blood Beer Co., Hinterland Brewing, and New Glarus Brewing from 5 to 7 p.m. to mark Movember.
The second Movember happy hour of the week at Dugout 54 features reps from Ope! Brewing and Central Waters Brewing from 5 to 7 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 14
It’s Veterans Happy Hour at Third Space Brewing (1505 W. St. Paul Ave.). They’ll be pouring Charlie Mike American Pilsner and donating 20% of proceeds from the beer to the Center for Veterans Issues. Vets are offered buy-one-get-one pints all night.
Try samples from Ope! Brewing (3 to 5 p.m.) and Delirium Tremens (4 to 6 p.m.) at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.). Discount Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) is offering samples of Modelo, Pacifico, Duvel and Chouffe from 3 to 5 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 15
Lion’s Tail Brewing (8520 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa) marks 10 years since its original brewery in Neenah opened with a party at noon and a pair of limited beer releases. The beers are Queen Kula, a tequila barrel-aged golden sour ale, and Chocolate Orange Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout.
Yoga on Tap is also happening at Lion’s Tail Brewing from 11 a.m. to noon. Cost for the yoga session is $20 and includes a beer.
Movember moves to Ray’s Bar (8930 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa) in the form of a cribbage tournament and meat raffle. From 2 to 7 p.m., reps from 3 Sheeps, Founders and Half Acre Beer will be there.
Central Waters and 3 Sheeps will be at Drink Wisconsinbly (320 W. Highland Ave.) for a Movember events from 6 to 8 p.m.
Revolution Brewing hands out samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha from noon to 2 p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 16
Clash of the Craft is happening at Eagle Park Brewing’s Muskego taproom. To coincide with the Giants-Packers game, New York’s Equilibrium Brewing is taking over some of the taps. There will be ticket giveaways, raffles, a field goal contest and more.
Sahale Ale Works (1505 Wisconsin Ave., Grafton) hosts a chili cook-off from noon to 3 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 19: Foxtown Brewing is supplying the limited-release beers at a beer dinner at The Stilt House (W62 N630 Washington Ave., Cedarburg). The cost for the three-course dinner is $89.
Friday, Nov. 28: Black Friday means all sorts of limited beer releases around the area, including Lakefront’s signature party. More information to come.
Saturday, Dec. 6: Amorphic Beer (3700 N. Fratney St.) celebrates four years of great beer with a birthday party and some special beer releases.
