15 Beer Events Brewing in Milwaukee This Week: Oct. 25-30

Halloween-themed events and more are happening around Milwaukee this week.

Wednesday, Oct. 25

1840 Brewing Company (342 E. Ward St.) is releasing Pop, a fruited sour made with blueberries, milk sugar and cacao. They’re also releasing Before the Barrel WI Whiskey Fest Stout, which is destined to spend a year in barrels before being poured again at the 2024 WI Whiskey Festival.

The Riverwest Brewery Syndicate celebrates the release of its collaboration, Toasted Hemp Pale Ale, at The Gig (1132 E. Wright St.) at 7 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 26

Try beers from Hillsboro Brewing Co. at Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from 4 to 6 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 27

Third Space Brewing (1505 W. St. Paul Ave.) is releasing its Haunted Barrel Imperial Stout at its Haunted Barrel Halloween Party. The seasonal treat is aged in rum and whiskey barrels with cinnamon, cacao, vanilla bean and toasted coconut. Presale for the four-packs has started. The party starts at 3 p.m. and includes free pumpkin carving, and a costumed square dance for $13 a ticket.

Try samples from Third Space Brewing at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) from 3 to 6 p.m.

3 Floyds is bringing samples to Discount Liquor Waukesha from 3 to 5 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 28

The annual Sahalloween Party comes to Sahale Ale Works (1505 Wisconsin Ave., Grafton) from noon to 10 p.m. The highlight is the release of TEOTWAWKI: Resurrection, Sahale’s award-winning barrel-aged imperial brown ale.

Company Brewing (735 E. Center St.) hosts the Nightmare on Center Street Block Party, which begins at 11 a.m. Expect an inflatable trampoline park, costume contests for the kids and pets, a few special beer releases, and more.

Ray’s Growler Gallery (8930 W. North Ave.) is turning over the taps to 1840 Brewing for a Halloween Tap Takeover from 4 to 10 p.m. Dress your scary best for a chance to win prizes.

The Halloween Spooktacular is happening at New Barons Brewing Co-op (2018 S. 1st St.). There will be all sorts of crazy stuff going on, including a real tattoo artist.

Component Brewing and New Barons Brewing are both pouring beer at Liberty Heights Park (1540 S. 62nd St.) during the Halloween Trick-Or-Treat Party from 4 to 8 p.m.

Revolution Brewing is handing out samples from noon to 2 p.m. at Discount Liquor Milwaukee.

Try barrel-aged beers from Boulevard Brewing at Discount Liquor Waukesha from noon to 2 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 29

Sprecher Brewing (701 W. Glendale Ave.) hosts a Family-Friendly Halloween Party from noon to 5 p.m. There will be live music, face painting, root beer, and more.

Monday, Oct. 30

It’s Halloween Flight Night at Indeed Brewing Company (530 S. 2nd St.) on Monday and Tuesday. This means four, candy-inspired beer infusions. If you bring your dog in on Monday wearing a costume, your first beer is half off.
