10 Beer Events Brewing in Milwaukee This Week: Nov. 8-11

It’s a calm week on the craft beer front. Enjoy it, because the craziness of Black Friday is just a couple of weeks away.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

The weekly release at 1840 Brewing Co. (342 E. Ward St.) is Pillow Top (Strata) DIPA.

Gathering Place Brewing is taking over the taps at Ray’s Growler Gallery (8930 W. North Ave.) at 4 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 9

The Harley-Davidson Museum (400 W. Canal St.) hosts a beer social at 6 p.m. Pair five small courses with beers from Third Space Brewing. Tickets are $75.


It’s time to pick your Milwaukee favorites for the year!

 

Friday, Nov. 10

Try samples from Revolution Brewing at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) from 3 to 5 p.m.

Yazoo Brewing is handing out samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from 3 to 5 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 11

An event called Bootcamp, Brews and Spring Rolls sure seems like a full day, and it’s happening at Ope! Brewing Co. (6751 W. National Ave.). For just $20 you get a bootcamp workout followed by a beverage and spring rolls from My Auntie’s Kitchen. It all starts at 10:30 a.m.

Oggie’s Kitchen and Bar (411 E. Mason St.) has a five-course menu being paired with five Third Space beers from 6 to 9 p.m. The cost is $80.

Discount Liquor Milwaukee is offering samples of Belgian Christmas beers from noon to 3 p.m. and pours from Yazoo Brewing from noon to 2 p.m.

Revolution Brewing is offering samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha from noon to 2 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 12

It’s Sunday Funday at Urban Harvest Brewing (1024 S. 5th St.) from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This means a potluck, so bring a dish or snack to share.
