10 Beer Events Brewing in Milwaukee This Week: Feb. 12-16

A stout fest, chili cookoff and plenty of other beer events are on tap for this week.

Wednesday, Feb. 12

It’s Galentine’s Day at Component Brewing (2018 S. 1st St.). For just $30, women can enjoy quality time with their besties, a beer and food.

North Pillar Brewing heads to Magellan’s on Main (370 W. Main St., Waukesha) for a meet the brewer event from 5 to 7 p.m. They’ll have free samples to try and knowledge to share.

The 024 Tap Room (1300 14th Ave., Grafton) teams up with Amorphic Beer for an Almost Valentine’s Day beer dinner.


It’s time to pick your Milwaukee favorites for the year!

 

Thursday, Feb. 13

The Fermentorium (7481 State Road 60, Cedarburg) is hosting a For the Love of Meat Raffle. Fermentorium is donating $1 of each pour to Ozaukee Food Alliance. The raffle begins at 6 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 14

Lakefront Brewery (1872 N. Commerce St.) loves Valentine’s Day. As per usual, they’ll be hosting weddings and large-scale vow renewals. See the events page for details.

It’s Palentine’s Day at Third Space Brewing (1505 W. St. Paul Ave.). From 4 to 9 p.m. they’ll have live music, food, and they’ll be releasing Hazy Town, an imperial New England IPA.

Saturday, Feb. 15

The Great Stoutdoors winter street party is happening at 1840 Brewing Company (342 E. Ward St.) from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be rarities on tap, plenty of food, fire pits, and more. 

The third annual Chili Cookoff comes to Gathering Place Brewing (811 E. Vienna Ave.) from 2 to 6 p.m.

Sunday, Feb. 16

The third annual Diaper Drive is happening at Lakefront Brewery (1872 N. Commerce St.) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Donate packaged, disposable diapers and Lakefront will reward you with a gift card. 

Black Husky Brewing (909 E. Locust St.) is pairing beers with desserts at 2 p.m. For just $50 you can pair Black Husky brews with treats from Sweetly Baked.

Sunday, Feb. 23: Wückfinter VII is back in the parking lot at Ray’s Wine & Spirits (8930 W. North Ave.) from noon to 5 p.m. Three Floyds Brewing is bringing more than 20 beers to the event, including some Dark Lord variants.

Saturday, March 8: The 25th anniversary of Food & Froth is happening at the Milwaukee Public Museum (800 W. Wells St.). Foxtown Brewing (6209 W. Mequon Rd.) teams with Old World Wisconsin for a “farm to tavern” beer dinner. The five-course menu includes a few Wisconsin favorites and costs $150.
