Four Bartolotta chefs and one sommelier headline this first-time event.

The “Women of Bartolotta’s” is a rare occasion. This special five-course dinner at Bacchus features the handiwork of five key Bartolotta people – chefs Amanda Strandt (of Lake Park Bistro), Erica Yoblin (Downtown Kitchen), Amber Dorszynski (Mr. B’s Steakhouse), and Allie Howard (Bacchus and Lake Park Bistro), and sommelier Katie Espinosa (Bacchus). The date is Oct. 28, 6:30 p.m.

The courses include black cod with charred napa cabbage and confit root vegetables; roasted quail with crispy fried farro, Brussels sprouts, buttercup squash and pomegranate gastrique; Strauss lamb loin with chestnut puree and huckleberry sauce; and poached apples, spiced crumble, brown butter biscuit and salted caramel ice cream. The dinner, with wine pairings, is $85 per person, not including tax and gratuity.  Bacchus (925 E. Wells St., 414-765-1166) Click here to purchase tickets.
