What’s New in Milwaukee in November 2024?

3 New Things Coming to Milwaukee This November

A new album by Caley Conway, a Milwaukee Maker brick and mortar, and a murder mystery novel about UW-Madison.

1. Partner

Singer-songwriter and Field Report member Caley Conway’s weightless vocals have floated over many forms of folk, country and art rock. She continues charting her own ethereal path with her new album.

2. Milwaukee Makers Marketplace

The popular monthly artisan fair has now opened its own shop, selling local products from over 50 businesses that rotate every few months. You can find it in Artery Ink’s suite at the ever-growing Hide House in Bay View, and its expanded holiday hours start this month.

3. The Bones of Bascom

This murder mystery novel weaves in the real history of the 1970 Sterling Hall bombing at UW-Madison. When old bones are discovered in a campus attic, an art historian and an antiques dealer try to piece together a puzzle of the past. The book comes out this month.
