Here’s the Full Schedule of Violins of Hope Events

The statewide residency of violins rescued from the Holocaust includes over 80 events from now through January.

The Violins of Hope residency, presented by the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra (MYSO) and its partners, will be hosting a vast array of educational programs, exhibits, and performances.

Over 60 organizations across several cities in Wisconsin have partnered with MYSO to host these events. Their partnerships include eight universities, 11 cultural centers, 12 faith-based organizations and 26 performing arts organizations.

Through this program, MYSO CEO Linda Edelstein says they hope to “create a community more deeply connected through the arts and committed to mutual respect. And we’re grounding that in the stories of these Jewish individuals and the instruments who bear witness to these stories.”
