Known for co-hosting “The View” – and now the host of her own daytime talk show, “Sherri” – this comedian is returning to her stand-up roots.

Staying still in the winter? Snow way! This family-friendly shindig gives your little ones (and you!) the chance to shake off the cold by dancing to Kid Boogie Down.

3. Snail Mail Stationery Market

FEB. 7 | ANODYNE WALKER’S POINT 

Revel in all things postage at this market of cards, posters, postcards, stickers and more illustrated and printed by local creatives. Guests are encouraged to send their finds through the mail. 

4. La Casita Del Rave

FEB. 7 | THE RAVE/EAGLES CLUB

The night before Latin-trap superstar Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show, The Rave is throwing a celebratory rager in honor of the DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS artist. The centerpiece is a recreation of the famous “casita” that was part of the stage of Bad Bunny’s 2025 residency in Puerto Rico. 

5. Mittenfest

FEB 7 | BURNHEARTS  

The annual frigid block party is back once again outside of Burnhearts bar in Bay View. Enticing folks outside will be live music, craft beer and cocktails, bites from local vendors and a strong sense of camaraderie during a quieter time of year. 

6. Pet Expo MKE

FEB. 7 | WISCONSIN STATE FAIR PARK

This 143,000-square-foot convention may be a pet lover’s paradise, with vendors selling products and services, live entertainment and even adoptable dogs, cats, reptiles and more. Ticket proceeds go to the Alliance of Wisconsin Animal Rehoming Efforts. 

7. The Black Press

FEB 11 | ORIENTAL THEATRE 

In honor of Black History Month, Milwaukee Film and local media company Carvd N Stone will show this 1999 documentary about the history of African American newspapers and journalists. A talkback will follow the screening. 

8. ‘The Office’ Trivia With David Koechner

FEB. 13 | MILWAUKEE IMPROV, BROOKFIELD

If you’ve rewatched “The Office” more times than you can count, this trivia night is for you. The showdown is moderated by David Koechner (aka Todd Packer on the show), who’ll share stories and judge acted-out scenes in the final round. 

9. ‘A Simply Swingin’ Valentine’

FEB. 13-15 | BRADLEY SYMPHONY CENTER 

Little else says romance like the love songs of Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and Tony Bennett. Vocalist Steve Lippia will sing the orchestral jazz standards backed by the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. 

10. Pączki Day

FEB. 17 | POLISH CENTER OF WISCONSIN 

The day before Ash Wednesday means many things – one of them is lots of pączki. Many local bakeries offer the Polish filled doughnuts, and you can pick up an assortment of delicacies at the Polish Center of Wisconsin courtesy of Peter Sciortino Bakery. 

11. Lyle Lovett

FEB. 21 | KOHLER MEMORIAL THEATER, KOHLER  

The singer-songwriter known for his tough-to-define blend of country, jazz, folk and blues hits the stage with his big acoustic group, as part of the Kohler Foundation’s Distinguished Guest Series. Expect rollicking fun and top-notch storytelling. 

12. Food & Froth

FEB. 21 | MILWAUKEE PUBLIC MUSEUM

This is your last chance to drink beers and feast with the beasts at MPM before it moves to its new home. Admission includes samplings, a commemorative glass and live entertainment throughout the exhibits. 

13. Cedarburg Winter Festival

FEB 21-22 | DOWNTOWN CEDARBURG 

Who said winter isn’t festival season? Not Cedarburg. The village gets up to lots of cold-weather shenanigans with an Alaskan Malamute dog pull, ice sculptures, a soup contest and the beloved bed races. 

14. Nine Inch Nails

FEB 23 | FISERV FORUM  

Goth/industrial rock legend Trent Reznor is heading back to Milwaukee for the first time in 20 years to serve monstrous riffs and refined angst. The show is part of NIN’s elaborately staged “Peel It Back” tour, which has received rave reviews. 

15. Patricia B. McConnell

FEB 26 | BOSWELL BOOK CO.

It’s a talk of two Patricias. One is Patricia B. McConnell, animal behaviorist, former co-host of WPR’s “Calling All Pets” and author of the mystery novel Away to Me, set on a sheep farm in the Wisconsin countryside. She’ll speak about her debut book with Patricia Skalka, writer of the Dave Cubiak Door County mystery series. 

16. Steve Martin & Martin Short

FEB. 27 | MILLER HIGH LIFE THEATRE  

These two comedy greats, longtime friends and co-stars with Selena Gomez on Hulu’s “Only Murders in the Building” back up their good-natured, quick-witted banter with bluegrass band The Steep Canyon Rangers. 

17. BaconFest

MARCH 1 | POTWATOMI CASINO HOTEL 

It’s pork galore at this annual bacon sampling showcase. Taste bacon-forward creations from dozens of local restaurants while sipping drinks and playing suitably bacon-themed games.
