‘Project Runway’ Season 15 Cast Members Reunite in Milwaukee

Let’s hope they all “make it work.”

If you’re like us, you’re on pins and needles waiting for the next episode of Project Runway Season 16 to come out. But you shouldn’t forget about your favorite Season 15 contestants either, because they’ll be making a Cream City appearance this fall!

On Wednesday, October 11, Season 15’s sartorial superstars will sashay into the InterContinental Hotel for Project ReUNITED, a fundraiser benefiting the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County.

Credit for the idea of a reunion goes to Milwaukee-based fashion designer and former Project Runway contestant Linda Marcus. “I wanted to show people that Milwaukee has a lot of design talent — and reality stars do really get along!” Marcus explains. “I love that we can come together and raise money for a great cause like the United Way. It’s going to be an amazing night of fashion and compassion.”

The event, presented by the Boston Store, will feature a runway show with designs by Alex Snyder, Brik Allen, Cornelius Ortiz, Dexter Simmons, Erin Robertson, Ian Hargrove, Jenni Riccetti, Kimber Richardson, Laurence Basse, Mah-Jing Wong, Nathalia JMag, Rik Villa, Roberi Parra, Sarah Donofrio, Tasha Henderson and Marcus, as well as Season 12 contestant and Milwaukeean Miranda Levy.

Mary Lou Young, president and CEO of the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County says that the organization’s Women United network is “proud to partner with Linda Marcus and Boston Store in support of Project ReUNITED,” adding that “Women United mobilizes a powerful network of women who strengthen our community through an investment of talent, compassion and philanthropy.”

Pop-up shops from the contestants, the Boston Store and select Milwaukee designers will also be on site, and a cocktail reception will take place before the show.

VIP tickets have already sold out, but general admission and reserved seating tickets are still available.
