Pizza Man Tosa (11500 W. Burleigh St., 414-249-2000) will be open, officially, this Friday. If you’ve been to the East Side location (corner of Downer and Belleview), the menu will be very recognizable. Onion ring loaf, garlic bread, Zak’s antipasto salad, wild boar ravioli, escargot, 15 styled pizzas (or build-your own pies) – they’re all there. With just under 300 seats, there’s no dearth of places to rest your backside. Like the Downer Avenue space, Rinka Chung took on the role of architect. And yes, there’s a patio — a four-season, glass atrium on the ground level. Hours: Sun 11 a.m.-9 p.m.; Mon-Thurs 11 a.m.-10 p.m.; Fri-Sat 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Click here to see more menu items. And check out the spring menu specials, including grilled ramps and asparagus topped with an egg, served sunny-side up, and a pizza topped with ramps, pistachios, mushrooms and ricotta cheese.
