Milwaukee Magazine is proud to host its second annual Home & Design awards on Sept. 26 at the Milwaukee Athletic Club, honoring the best in construction, renovation, decor and more in the Milwaukee area.
“We’re excited to bring our local design community together again to celebrate their beautiful work,” says Carole Nicksin, editor-in-chief and publisher of Milwaukee Magazine. “This year’s winners are a showcase of how much talent we have here in Milwaukee.”

It’s time to pick your Milwaukee favorites for the year!
The event will start a 4 p.m. with a cocktail hour and networking with our area’s top home professionals.
This year’s awards presentation features guest speaker Michael Kimmelman, Architecture Critic for The New York Times.
Kimmelman has twice been a Pulitzer Prize finalist, most recently in 2018 for his series on climate change and global cities. He has reported from more than 40 countries, writing broadly on design and the built world, politics and culture, social and environmental justice, urban planning and community development. Kimmelman’s most recent book, The Intimate City, was published in 2022.
“It’s an honor to have Michael Kimmelman join us,” Nicksin says.
