Meet the 2025 Betty Award Winners

Meet the 2025 Betty Award Winners

These women leaders have shaped a better Milwaukee in the spirit of our former publisher.

For more than four decades, Milwaukee Magazine has chronicled the people who make this city thrive – and few embodied that spirit more than Betty Ewens Quadracci, who ran the publication for nearly 30 years.

With a fearless spirit, boundless creativity and a commitment to championing women, Betty dedicated herself to elevating the magazine and city as a whole.

The Betty Awards, launched in 2019, honor Betty’s memory by celebrating formidable women leaders working to make the community better, each reflecting one of Betty’s inimitable attributes. This is the seventh cohort of local women we’ve honored for their dedication to service and lasting impact on the city.
