For top female dog names, we have:

Honorable mentions for dog names include Ragnar, named after an overnight relay race, along with Colby, named after, of course, the Wisconsin cheese.
On to cats, we have the top male cat names:
- Ollie
- Bubba
- Archie
- Harry
- Prince
And the top female cat names are:
- Allie
- Missie
- Dakota
- Fiona
- Ginger
Cat honorable mentions include names from the Royal Family in 2020, such as Prince, Harry, Archie and Meghan, as well as Mufasa, named after the character from Disney’s The Lion King.
Rover.com also released their list of the Top 100 Most Popular Dog names, along with the biggest trending pet names of the year, including Covi (up 1,159%), Rona (up 69%), Mando (up 2,658%) of The Mandalorian on Disney+ and Geralt (up 9,308%) from The Witcher, which is the number one trending dog name.
