Former Nourri head chef Christian Schroeder is headed to Buckley’s Restaurant and Bar (801 N. Cass St.). This follows the closing a few weeks ago of Nourri, which served standout small plates in the old Washington Heights location of Cafe Perrin (5901 W. Vliet St.). Buckley’s most recent exec chef, Thi Cao, left his position of roughly four years earlier this winter. Schroeder’s arrival is excellent news for Buckley’s. More details to follow.
