Egg & Flour’s Adam Pawlak Competes on Celeb Chef Bobby Flay’s Show

Egg & Flour’s Adam Pawlak Competes on Celeb Chef Bobby Flay’s Show

You can watch the episode this April.

Former “Hell’s Kitchen” contestant Adam Pawlak is back to reality TV – appearing on an upcoming episode of the Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay.”

Pawlak, owner of Egg & Flour Pasta Bar in Bay View, competes on episode eight of season 36, “Raise the Steaks.” That’s right – there have been 36 seasons of “Beat Bobby Flay.”

The episode airs Thursday, April 11 at 8 p.m. and Friday April 12 at 11 p.m. on Food Network.

The show works like this: In round one, two guests (in this episode, it’s chef Michael Symon and comedian Chris Redd) introduce two chefs – one of them is Pawlak – who are given 20 minutes to make a dish using an ingredient chosen by Flay. The guests pick the better dish, and the winner goes up against Flay in round two.

Pawlak is competing against Page Pressley, former chef de cuisine/partner at Emmer & Rye in Austin, Texas.

Wish I could get more out of Pawlak about what went down, but let’s hope he makes it to round two for a Flay showdown.
