The groundhog failed to see its shadow today (spring!), and Drink Wisconsinbly Pub (135 E. National Ave.) has announced its opening date — Wednesday, Feb. 10. The former home of Blue Jacket bar-restaurant has a – no surprise here – Wisconsin theme, from the décor down to the menu. Blue Jacket’s Laura Van Heijningen has partnered with Richard Lorbach, founder of the local lifestyle brand Drink Wisconsinbly, and Nebi Torbica, who used to run the Fifth Ward’s Moct. Expect craft beers and cocktails, burgers, cheeses and sausages and much more.
