Deer District and RGM Talent announced a three-part concert series that will take place in downtown Milwaukee this summer in Deer District.
“We’ve done music in the district before, but we wanted to go bigger and better this time, and therefore we partnered with RGM on an exciting concert series for the summer,” said Michael Belot, senior vice president of business ops and chief real estate development officer for the Milwaukee Bucks.

It’s time to pick your Milwaukee favorites for the year!
The series will kick off Sunday, July 27 with a “Boots and Brews” night, which will feature songs with southern flavor and sing-along anthems. The series will continue a month later on Friday, Aug. 29, with a “Girls Night Out,” which will feature all-female lineup of DJs, live acts and vendors.
“There’s so much phenomenal world class talent in the City of Milwaukee,” said Gabriele Fuggetta, owner of RGM Talent. “And I think it’s our responsibility when we have access to a big stage, something endorsed by Deer District or in the heart of the city, that we do allow that local talent to showcase what they typically do – maybe like their townie bar – on a larger scale.”
The series will conclude on Saturday, Sept. 20, when a nationally known artist – whom RGM hopes to announce in a few short weeks – will perform.
“We really think that Milwaukee is obviously a tremendous music market, and adding this concert series is something different that we haven’t done, and excited to see the results,” Belot said. “And for everybody, come on out and enjoy the music.”
All three events will be free to attend with food and beverages available for purchase at surrounding Deer District establishments. More information will be rolled out in the coming weeks on the Live in the Plaza Facebook and Instagram pages.
