  Mark your calendars. On July 20, Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum is teaming up with Mount Mary to create a “Gala in the Garden,” to benefit the Villa’s Renaissance Garden. What’s including? Fashion and flowers, of course.  Ah, The New York Times and her trend pieces. The Gray Lady reports today that low heels are in, keeping with what Susan Joy calls, “dowager classics.” The antithesis to the platform, these heels are also just plain wearable.   • By most standards, Prada had a good year. As in, 46 percent net profits. Business of Fashion attributes this to “smart management and desirable products.”
