Crafty Cow Announces Opening of Two New Ghost Kitchens

Looking for some new eats? Crafty Cow has two new ghost restaurants coming to our area.

Crafty Cow, a family owned restaurant located in Oconomowoc and Milwaukee, recently announced the opening of two new ghost kitchens on Oct. 9: Fiesta Panda and Big Wings.

A ghost kitchen is “a delivery-only food concept that is sold exclusively online and through delivery apps,” according to a press release by Crafty Cow. This means that customers will be able to enjoy certain menu options through carry-out or delivery, but will not be available for dine-in.

“We’re always excited to launch something new that allows our staff to get creative and push their limits a bit,” Devin Eichler, owner of Crafty Cow, said. “These ghost kitchens will allow us to reach a wider customer base while also providing additional dining options for the Milwaukee community.”

Eichler said Crafty Cow is also expanding their delivery area by adding two additional online delivery partners.

The Fiesta Panda menu includes a mix of Mexican, Asian and American food. Some meals include the Nashville Hot Ramen with hot chicken, ramen, house chicken broth, egg, corn, scallions and soy glazed mushroom; a Korean BBQ taco with pulled pork belly, ramen slaw and Korean BBQ and Elote Fried Rice, a house friend rice with corn, scallions, chicharron, mayo, cilantro and cotija.

The Big Wings Menu offers boneless or whole bone-in wings with a large variety of sauces, including Nashville hot sauce, Buffalo ranch rub, Kansas City BBQ, Honey Chipotle and more.

Customers can order delivery via Postmates, Doordash, Uber Eats (coming soon), Grubhub (coming soon) or online (coming soon).
