Q&A: Britta Kramer Shares Wellness Advice

We spoke to the founder of Private Palate and creator of The Mood Food Method about wellness.

Britta Kramer

Britta Kramer is the founder of Private Palate and creator of The Mood Food Method, and has been a wellness chef for over 18 years.

What is a common concern you see with clients and how do you address it?

Women I work with live full lives, believe they don’t have time to nourish themselves, and feel depleted. I teach women how to reclaim their time while nourishing themselves through food and mindset to support energy, mood, and natural radiance-especially through transitions like perimenopause. The result is luminous skin, a more rested presence, and a return to vibrancy.

What sets you apart?

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with professional athletes, high-performing individuals and food-conscious families. Rooted in Wisconsin, with years spent in New York City, Bali and beyond, my perspective has been shaped by a deep exploration of how food nourishes and supports the body. Through this experience – and in my own life – I’ve observed how the way we eat influences how we age, fostering a natural radiance from within.
