The East Side seafood and steak restaurant will keep its name and staff.


After 11 years of running a little Key West-themed seafood/steak place, Michele Green is handing over the keys of Bosley on Brady (815 E. Brady St.) to a new owner. That happens on May 1. The new owner, to be named later, will keep the restaurant name and the staff (including the head chef), and Green will act as a consultant for “up to six months, as needed,” she says. The restaurateur has put in 38 years in the food and hospitality business, with close to 20 years in Florida. Now, says Green, “it’s time to enjoy my life.” I can’t think of a better reason.
