Wednesday, Sept. 11
Try Revolution Oktoberfest at The Tap Yard – West Bend (4875 County Hwy. Z) and get a free stein to drink it in.
Madison’s Young Blood Beer Company takes over the taps at Ray’s Bar (8930 W. North Ave.) from 4 to 9 p.m.
This week, Supermoon Beer Co. (3145 S. Howell Ave.) is releasing Gloe, a blended farmhouse ale aged in French oak and refermented with second-use white wine grapes and hops. It’s available in bottles and on tap.
1840 Brewing Company has a double release this week, coinciding nicely with its O”KK”toberfest celebration on Saturday. Festbier and Oktoberfest are both hitting the taps on Wednesday.
Thursday, Sept. 12
Dugout 54 (5328 W. Bluemound Rd.) is tapping 24 Oktoberfest and other craft beers. Dugtoberfest runs through the weekend, or until the kegs run dry.

Friday, Sept. 13
Third Space Brewing (1505 W. St. Paul Ave.) is releasing a new barrel-aged stout. Moonrise is aged in bourbon barrels for six months. It’s available in the taproom and at stores on Friday.
Try samples from Eagle Park Brewing at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) from 3 to 5 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 14
Busby’s (3475 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.) is hosting the Backyard Busby-Q from 2-8 p.m. Central Waters Brewing is the guest of honor and will be pouring some rarities. Pallino Burger will also be there. The event benefits Milwaukee Riverkeeper.
The Wisconsin Brewery Running Series makes a stop at Broken Bat Brewery (135 E. Pittsburgh Ave.) at 11 a.m. The casual 5K costs $35 and includes a free beer after you cross the finish line.
New Barons Brewing Co-op (2018 S. 1st St.) celebrates four years of business with a party from 4 to 11 p.m. Food, live music and beer are all on the menu.
The Tap Yard – Waukesha (1927 E. Sunset Dr.) hosts Pumpkin Beer Day. They’ll be tapping six different pumpkin beers.
WagFest is coming to The Tap Yard – Milwaukee (1555 N. Rivercenter Dr.) from noon to 6 p.m. There are plenty of dog-related activities, and if you bring dog food or gently used dog supplies you get $1 off of your beer.
Component Brewing (2018 S. 1st St.) has Oktoberfest festivities planned from 1 to 8 p.m. Food, music, stein holding and specials on German beers are all happening.
O”KK”toberfest at 1840 Brewing Company (342 E. Ward St.) means a block party from noon to 8 p.m. It includes great beer, polka music, food and stein holding at 4:20 p.m.
Ein Kleines Oktoberfest takes place at Sahale Ale Works (1505 Wisconsin Ave., Grafton) from noon to 9 p.m. They’re tapping six German-inspired beers to mark the occasion.
Newcomer North Pillar Brewing (212 E. North St., Waukesha) hosts Oktoberfest from noon to 10 p.m. There will be German sausages, feats of strength and even t-shirt screen printing.
Lakefront Brewery is the guest of honor at the Oktoberfest party at The Wicked Hop (342 N. Broadway). The party runs from 7 to 10 p.m. and features stein holding and plinko (not necessarily German, but still fun).
MKE Yoga Social comes to Lion’s Tail Brewing (8520 W. North Ave.) from 11 a.m. to noon. A ticket earns you the workout and a beer when you’re done.
Giant Jones Brewing offers samples at Discount Liquor Milwaukee from 2 to 4 p.m.
Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) provides samples from Revolution Brewing from noon to 2 p.m.

Sept. 19: Flight Night comes to the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center (1111 E. Brown Deer Rd.). Meet some really cool birds and sample some really good beers.
The first meeting of the Library Society is happening at Explorium Brewpub (143 W. St. Paul Ave.). Attendees get to sample a few cellared Explorium beers.
Sept. 21: Raised Grain Brewing (1725 Dolphin Dr., Waukesha) is throwing a 9th Anniversary Party. They’re tapping a couple of special releases and a few other rarities.
Sept. 28: Third Space Brewing celebrates its eight year with an anniversary party. The daylong party is filled with music, food trucks and the release of Eight, an ale aged using the solera process.
Havenwoods Taproom and Beer Garden (5840 N. 60th St.) hosts the Beer Trail Invitational, which combines tasting beer from more than 30 breweries with hike through nature. Tickets are $75.
