Third Space Brewing (1505 W. St. Paul Ave.) hosts The Beer Yogis from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The traveling duo of Melissa Klimo-Major and Mikki Trowbridge hosts a yoga class followed by a beer or two after the session. The cost is $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
The Milwaukee Beer Society hosts a homebrew night at Best Place (901 W. Juneau Ave.) from 6 to 9 p.m. Homebrewers are asked to bring a four-pack of their best.
Abita Brewing takes over the taps at Ray’s Growler Gallery (8930 W. North Ave.) at 5 p.m.

The Brass Tap (7808 W. Layton Ave.) hosts a release party for MobCraft’s new Hoppy Hoppy Pants Pants Imperial IPA.
5 Rabbits comes to Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from 4 to 6 p.m.

Sprecher Brewery takes over the taps at Milwaukee’s Craft Beer Garden at Humboldt Park (3000 S. Howell Ave.).
Try samples from Third Space Brewing (3 to 6 p.m.) and Capital Brewing (4 to 7 p.m.) at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.).
Discount Liquor Waukesha hands out samples from Summit (3 to 6 p.m.) and Guinness (4 to 6 p.m.).
Saturday, June 10
Lakefront Brewery celebrates its 30th anniversary with a tap takeover at Nessun Dorma (2778 N. Weil St.) at 9 p.m. The menu includes Black Friday Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout.
Pilsners are the subjects of the weekly free tasting at both Three Cellars locations (7228 S. 27th St. and N72 W13400 Lund Lane, Menomonee Falls) from 1 to 4 p.m.

The Riverwest Beer Run is one of the highlights of the outstanding Locust Street Festival of Music & Art. The 1.8-mile run through the neighborhood features four mandatory beer stops. The fun starts at 11:30 a.m. and costs $22 in advance or $25 on the day of the run.
