Water Street Brewery heads to Ray’s Growler Gallery (8930 W. North Ave.) to take over the taps. Cheers to Ray’s for hosting them, and cheers to Water Street for being Milwaukee’s first brewpub.
The Milwaukee Beer Society samples bocks at Best Place (901 W. Juneau Ave.) from 6 to 9 p.m. Cost is just $10 (plus a $10 membership fee).

The Behind the Brew series at Brew City MKE (275 W. Wisconsin Ave.) discusses lagers with the help of Good City Brewing. Learn about the style and taste a few. Cost is $13 in advance and $15 at the door.
Third Space is paying a visit to Burnhearts (2599 S. Logan Ave.) and they’re bringing some goodies including the highly acclaimed Mystic Knot Barrel-Aged Irish Coffee Stout. The deliciousness starts at 6 p.m.

It’s not often that you get a chance to learn how to make pretzels. Brew City MKE gives you that opportunity from 1 to 3 p.m. See how Milwaukee Pretzel Company makes its delicious soft pretzels. The $20 tickets price ($25 at the door) includes four Milwaukee craft beers.
The learning continues at Northern Brewer (1306 S. 108th St.) starting at 10 a.m. The store is building a new keezer (aka: kegerator) and will show you how. It’s a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to turn their basement into a taproom. And it’s free.
Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) hands out samples from Oskar Blues (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and Summit Brewing (noon to 3 p.m.).
