Beer Events Brewing This Week: June 28-July 1

Tastings, beer cruises and the annual Burnhearts Pabst Street Party are all on the docket for this week.

Wednesday, June 28

Maui Brewing brings samples to Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow Ave.) from 4 to 6 p.m.

Ray’s Growler Gallery (8930 W. North Ave.) hosts an O’so Brewing patio party starting at 5 p.m.

Try Sierra Nevada Beer Camp brews (collabs with breweries around the world) at the Milwaukee Beer Society weekly get together. Cost is $10 plus a one-time $10 membership fee.

The Wild Wednesday Craft Beer Cruise hosts Point Brewery. Choose between 5:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Tickets are just $29.

Thursday, June 29

The Garage (1709 N. Arlington Pl.) hosts the release party for Lakefront’s My Turn: Dylan Dortmunder from 6 to 8 p.m.

Goose Island hands out samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha from 4 to 6 p.m.

Try beers from Sam Adams at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) from 4 to 7 p.m.

Friday, June 30

Try beers from One Barrel Brewing and Potosi at Discount Liquor Milwaukee from 3 to 6 p.m.

Ale Asylum takes over the taps at Milwaukee’s Craft Beer Garden at Humboldt Park (3000 S. Howell Ave.).

Draft & Vessel (4417 N. Oakland Ave.) hosts the release of MobCraft’s Clan MacDougall Scotch Ale aged in scotch barrels. The fun starts at 6 p.m.

Saturday, July 1

The 10th annual Pabst Street Party takes place at Burnhearts (2599 S. Logan Ave.) at noon. Expect live music, food and plenty of other cool stuff. The crew at Burnhearts doesn’t mess around.

From noon to 3 p.m., Discount Liquor Waukesha offers samples from both One Barrel and Potosi.

Just in time for summer. Wheat beers are the subjects of the weekly free tasting at both Three Cellars locations (7228 S. 27th St. and N72 W13400 Lund Lane, Menomonee Falls) from 1 to 4 p.m.
