16 Beer Events Brewing in Milwaukee This Week: June 11-15

Cheers to Eagle Park Brewing on eight years of great beer. Their anniversary party is one of many big beer events this week.

Wednesday, June 11

Sprecher’s Traveling Beer Garden comes to Cooper Park (8701 W. Chambers St.) until June 22. Hours are 5 to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends.

The Tap Yard – Menomonee Falls (W220 N7884 Town Line Rd.) is offering a Sun Catcher Workshop at 6:30 p.m. Learn how to build a lovely sun catcher and get a free beer in the process.

Thursday, June 12

Lakefront Brewery’s latest My Turn release is My Turn: Katie, a British E.S.B. The release party is at County Clare (1234 N. Astor St.) at 6 p.m.

Component Brewing is pouring at the Summer Beer Garden at West Milwaukee Park (5000 W. Burnham St.) from 5 to 9 p.m. The night includes a pickleball tournament, a food truck, live music, and a showing of Night at the Museum.

Friday, June 13

Lakefront Brewery presents HartFest at Hart Park (7300 W. Chestnut St.) on Friday (5 and 10 p.m.) and Saturday (11 a.m. to 10 p.m.). The fest includes live music, a BBQ contest, Lakefront beer, and more.

Saturday, June 14

Eagle Park Brewing (S64 W15640 Commerce Center Pkwy., Muskego) celebrates its eighth anniversary with a party from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The festivities include the release of 8th Anniversary IPA and Stave: 8th Anniversary, a blend of three barrel-aged stouts.

The Wisconsin Brewery Running Series makes a stop at Big Head Brewing (6204 W. State St.). The casual 5K run starts at 11 a.m. Tickets start at $44.

Foxtown Station (6209 W. Mequon Rd.) hosts Summer Kolschtice from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The beer fest includes vendors, live music, and plenty of family-friendly fun.

It’s Guitar City Days at Raised Grain Brewing (1725 Dolphin Dr., Waukesha) at 11 a.m. There will be live music and $1 from every beer sold benefits charity.

Urban Harvest Brewing Company (1024 S. 5th St.) is throwing a block party from 1 to 8 p.m. They’re releasing ReddeR, a double red ale.

Try samples from Third Space Brewing at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) from noon to 3 p.m.

Raised Grain Brewing is offering samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from noon to 2 p.m.

Sunday, June 15

3 Sheeps Brewing (1837 North Ave., Sheboygan) hosts a Father’s Day cornhole tournament from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Proceeds benefit Foster Focus.

Father’s Day Hopps: Cards, Curds and Collectibles takes place at Lakefront Brewery (1872 N. Commerce St.). Shop sports memorabilia and trading cards from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

It’s Taco Fest at The Tap Yard – West Bend (4875 County Hwy. Z) from noon to 6 p.m.

Taco Truck Day comes to The Tap Yard – Menomonee Falls from noon to 6 p.m.

Thursday, June 19: The New Glarus beer dinner at Tess is taking reservations. Call 414-964-8377 to make one, because it’s sure to sell out.

Friday, July 11: Amorphic Beer (3700 N. Fratney Ave.) hosts another Crops on Top beer pairing dinner at 7 p.m. These dinners sell out quickly.

Saturday, July 26: Milwaukee Brewfest sets up shop on the lakefront for its 15th year. Tickets start at $75.
