The highlight of a busy beer week is no doubt Joint Beer Fest, taking place at Eagle Park Brewing (S64 W15640 Commerce Center Pkwy., Muskego) on Saturday. Eagle Park’s unique take on a beer festival means collaborations with several outstanding local and regional breweries. The list of participants this year includes 1840 Brewing Company, Standard Meadery, Vennture Brew Co., Barn Town Brewing, Surly Brewing, More Brewing, Central Waters Brewing, Great Notion Brewing, Modist Brewing, Lua Brewing and Maplewood Brewery. Eagle Park created an elixir with each of these breweries, and they’ll be pouring them all at the fest.
The collabs aren’t all that will be on tap. Several breweries are bringing their own rare brews. Notables include Central Waters Twenty Five Single Barrel Stout, Maplewood Barrel-Aged Barley Butcher, and More Double Origin Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout.
There are plenty of other beer-related events on the calendar this week.

It’s time to pick your Milwaukee favorites for the year!
