Featuring red fashions and accessories from Macy’s and Brighton Collectible, along with prizes and fun, there will be plenty of free educational heart health information. Women who wish to play a bigger part in the cause are invited to participate in the movement’s first ever nationwide casting calls to be held immediately after each fashion show. Looking for women whose lives have been touched by heart disease to represent the 2008-2009 Heart of Go Red campaign on a national television special and in public service announcements and magazine features, The American Heart Association invites survivors, family members, friends and heart health professions to share their personal experiences.
