As for the food, the menu features a mix of terms you’ve probably seen before: bar snacks and small and large plates. There’s fried chicken wing lollipops with sriracha; pork belly with braised red cabbage and mustard seed gastrique; beef burger topped with Nueske’s bacon, Wisconsin cheddar and an over-easy egg; and Pacific halibut with roasted fingerlings, oven-dried grapes and fresh curry sauce ($5-$22). The kitchen head is Van Luu (most recently, executive sous chef of Bacchus). Expected summer hours: Daily 3 p.m.-bar time. Food served 5-11 p.m.
