New Specials at The Vanguard

Those ain’t nothing compared to the specials, which appear on a Packer game night or whenever Linkus feels like it. Recently, there was the deep-fried brat, wrapped in bacon, topped with Lakefront Riverwest Stein beer cheese, fried cheese curds and crispy sage. On Sundays, they’re also featuring a noodle soup (tonkatsu with pulled duck, bacon and longinisa sausage is a recent example). This Sunday, Shay is doing a red curry soup with spiced lamb.
