Morning Links for Aug. 14 2014

All the news that’s fit to link. A 13-year-old Manitowoc girl was arrested for drunk driving. Things are still ugly on all sides of the protests in Ferguson, Missouri, which were set off by the killing of a black teenager by a police officer. A Russian convoy carrying aid to Russian separatists progresses forward, despite complaints from Ukrainian officials and its Western allies.  Milwaukee is seeing a rise in auto thefts, while similar crimes are decreasing elsewhere. Wired has quite the story on Edward Snowden, and it’s written by another NSA whistle blower.
