County Clerk Joe Czarnezki says to stop into the clerk’s office, Room 105 at the County Courthouse, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday for a free passport photo, a $10 value. The actual passport still costs $135 for adults and $105 for children and teens under 16.

Grab the federal passport application ahead of time from the U.S. State Department.
