Barbecue in Milwaukee

Barbecue One of the many delights I had almost forgotten about as my diet became more vegetarian was barbecue. Larry and I have eaten the smoked pork shoulder with some sauce and extra on the side, about $10.00 a pound which we recently took to a block party. It lasted about 10 minutes. This is a barbecue with a touch of sweetness. Rich and full of flavor.

We have also tried the smoked turkey legs. Next, I want to get the barbecue ribs. They generally sell by the plate including two sides. We remember they had roast corn and greens, but there may be more choices.

B.J.’s Smokin’
