Hot on the heels of Thai-namite, Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. starts serving spro tomorrow (Oct. 7) at the Milwaukee Public Market – in the 500-square-foot spot vacated by Cedarburg Coffee Roastery. The space includes a 10-seat coffee bar, retail area, and manual coffee station (which allows people to handpick coffee they want brewed). The digs have touches of the Bruce Street roastery. The bar counter is made from wood beams from the Bruce Street building. The front of the bar is fashioned from handmade encaustic cement tile. Hours: Mon-Fri 6:30 a.m.-8 p.m.; Sat 7 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sun 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Milwaukee Public Market (400 N. Water St.) Thai-namite’s market location opened a week ago.
