8 Beer Events Brewing This Week In Milwaukee: Dec. 15-20

The year is winding down and the holidays are fast approaching. But there are still plenty of beer events to keep you busy.

Tuesday, Dec. 15

Orders close at 10 p.m. for MobCraft Beer’s beer and holiday cookie pairing. For $40 you can pick up four beers paired with cookies from Confectionately Yours. Add some Stout Stew for an extra $12 and make a night out of it. Join the virtual pairing on Zoom on Saturday at 7 p.m.

Brewfinity Brewing (N58 W39800 Industrial Rd., Oconomowoc) is pouring You’re Killing Me S’mores Porter, which recently won a silver medal at the U.S. Open Beer Championship.

Grab a 12 Beers of Christmas 12-pack from Sahale Ale Works (1505 Wisconsin Ave., Grafton). It’s a variety pack of great Sahale beers that can be yours for $72.

Friday, Dec. 18

1840 Brewing (342 E. Ward St.) is releasing Paula Red Apple Ale this weekend. Presale begins at 9 a.m. on Friday and pick up is from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday and noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Saturday, Dec. 19

The Fermentorium (7481 State Rd. 60, Cedarburg) is releasing three beers starting at noon. The choices include Juicier Packets DDH Imperial IPA, Gefährliches Ding Dunkel Weizenbock aged in brandy barrels, and Mexicali Brew Molé Stout.

Broken Bat Brewing (135 E. Pittsburgh Ave.) is hosting a book signing by Milwaukee Brewers beat reporter Adam McCalvy from noon to 4 p.m. Snag a copy of The Milwaukee Brewers At 50 along with a four-pack of Broken Bat Beer for $50. Order ahead of time to ensure you have a copy.

Embrace the winter at the 1840 Burngarten at Homestead Hollow Park (N120 W19809 Freistadt Rd., Germantown). Rent a fire pit for a two-hour time slot and enjoy the warmth and tap beers from 1840 Brewing with a few select friends. The outdoor fun is happening every Saturday until early March.

Sunday, Dec. 20

The Hoppy Holidays drive-through event comes to Eagle Park Brewing (S64 W15640 Commerce Center Pkwy, Muskego) from 9 a.m. to noon. A preordered $40 ticket gets you a four-pack of Eagle Park Cobbler a la Mode, a pound of smoked hot ham, six kaiser rolls and a coupon to Eagle Park. Some of the proceeds benefit Broadscope Disability Services.
