Spring is in full swing, summer is fast approaching and seniors at colleges around the city are writing final papers, completing exit exams and putting finishing touches on exhibits to showcase in the coming month.

Four schools around Milwaukee are particularly excited about the incredible efforts of their art students. Check out this round up of top Milwaukee universities, institutions and colleges gearing up to show off 2017 senior exhibitions.

Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD)

The institution’s biggest exhibit of the year takes place at the end of the month. Come and see the work of over 100 senior students, representing every major and discipline, as they show off their capstone projects. The Opening Reception on Spring Gallery Night is Friday, April 21 from 5 to 9 p.m. Exhibits will stay open throughout the MIAD galleries until May 13. This year’s exhibitions include creative products and subscription box ideas with the potential to be future best-sellers!
