6 Beer Events Brewing in Milwaukee This Week: Nov. 3-6

Plan a trip to Mequon to celebrate Foxtown Brewing’s birthday or hit up Stein & Dine at State Fair Park. You can’t miss with either one.

Wednesday, Nov. 3

Ray’s Growler Gallery (8930 W. North Ave.) kicks off Movember with a fundraiser that includes taps from Third Space, 3 Sheeps, Lion’s Tail, Young Blood, New Glarus, Bell’s, Sweet Water and Sierra Nevada. Help promote men’s health awareness, and drink beer in the process.

Indeed Brewing Company (530 S. 2nd St.) hosts the Winter Bike Fashion Show from 6 to 10 p.m. The night benefits DreamBikes Milwaukee and includes the fashion show, live music, a raffle and beer.

Thursday, Nov. 4

Lakefront Brewery was picked to represent Wisconsin when brewing Rising Hope IPA, a taproom-only beer that benefits the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. Try the beer at the release party from 4 to 9 p.m. at Lakefront’s Beer Hall (1872 N. Commerce St.).

Friday, Nov. 5

1840 Brewing Company (342 E. Ward St.) is releasing Up North West, a dry-hopped West Coast IPA. Presale beings at 9 a.m. Pickup is after 3 p.m. on Friday.

Saturday, Nov. 6

Mequon’s Foxtown Brewing (6411 W. Mequon Rd.) celebrates its two-year anniversary at noon. They’ll be releasing  bottles of the Reserve Series Imperial Rye Stout aged in rye whiskey barrels.

Indulge at Stein & Dine, a great chance to try beer and food from tons of locals. The event takes place at the Wisconsin State Fair Park Products Pavilion (640 S. 84th St.) from 1 to 6 p.m. Tickets start at $45 for general admission.
