Take time out of your day to hear about Maggie Sasso’s miniature vinyl building, titled “Too Much Sea for Amateurs-Marooned.” The sculpture is a recreation of Milwaukee’s Coast Guard Station. According to the John Kohler Arts Center, Sasso is known for producing art that triggers thought by expressing universal ideas through microcosmic detail and examines the role of material culture in relation to the past.
