5 Easter Egg Hunts to Check Out in Milwaukee

From secret spy missions to the “Bunny EGGxpress,” you will not want to miss these Milwaukee Easter Egg Hunts.

1. Bunny Hop & Egg Hunt

SATURDAY, APRIL 9 FROM 1- 2 P.M. | BAYSHORE MALL 

The Easter Bunny will be hopping over to Bayshore Mall for the first-ever Bunny Hop & Egg Hunt. After taking photos with Peter Cottontail and dancing to a live DJ set, the free egg hunt will start at 1: 30 p.m. with treats and special offers. One lucky hunter will find the golden egg that grants them free Kilwins Ice Cream for an entire year. 

2. Adults Only Easter Egg Hunt

SATURDAY, APRIL 9 FROM 10 A.M. TO 1 P.M. | LAKE PARK

Who said that Easter egg hunts are just for kids? Wakefield Workshops is hosting an Adults Only Easter Egg Hunt at Lake Park. For a cost of $25, adults aged 21-and-over can join the search. On top of the egg hunt, prizes up to $100 will be given out for the most creative basket, costume and more. Adult beverages and snacks will be provided.

3. Easter Egg Spy Hunt 

SUNDAY, APRIL 10 AT 2 P.M. AND 4 P.M. | SAFEHOUSE 

This spy-themed egg hunt mission is sure to bring your searching skills to another level. This top-secret Easter Egg Spy Hunt  is for the junior spies, ages 12 and under. A $10 ticket is required per secret agent and adults can join them for free. There will be pre-packaged candy with no peanut products for the inclusion of all Easter egg intelligence. 

4. Spring Fling Egg Hunt

SATURDAY, APRIL 16 FROM 9 A.M. TO 4 P.M. | DISCOVERY WORLD 

Colorful eggs will be scattered across Discovery World for The Spring Fling Egg Hunt, complete with a golden egg that will win you a secret special prize. If you find one of each color egg, tell guest service staff to be entered in a raffle to win a free family membership to the museum. Admission is $20 for adults, $16 for kids 3-17 and free for children 2 and under. The hunt will last during normal museum hours or until supplies last.

5. Egg Day

SATURDAY, APRIL 16 FROM 9:30 A.M. TO 3 P.M. | MILWAUKEE COUNTY ZOO 

Egg Day is back at the Milwaukee County Zoo! The Easter Bunny’s “Bunny Parade” will kick off the event and take route two additional times throughout the day. The egg hunt will be complete with riddles, prizes and a golden egg. There will also be face painting, chalk art and a scavenger hunt. Tickets cost $14 for adults, $11 for kids 3-17 and are free for children 2 and under. You can even take a special ride on the “Bunny EGGxpress” train to search for carrots that the bunny left behind.
